High Energy Density & Modular Design

Utilizes 314Ah high-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery cells, with an energy density approximately 15% higher than conventional industry products. The system supports flexible modular expansion, enabling rapid adjustment of output strategies based on grid demands to achieve "plug-and-play and capacity expansion on demand."

Advanced Thermal Management for Long-Term System Operation

Equipped with an intelligent liquid-cooled temperature control system, achieving precise control of Pack-level temperature difference ≤ 3℃ and system-level temperature difference ≤ 5℃. This effectively slows down battery degradation and ensures stable and efficient system operation within a wide temperature range of -25℃ ~ 50℃.

Multiple Safety Protection Systems

Constructs a three-level active safety protection system covering "cell-module-system," equipped with Pack-level targeted fire protection and combustible gas monitoring. It supports linkage between the BMS and fire protection system to achieve ultra-early warning and rapid suppression. The entire system has passed authoritative certifications such as UL9540A and IEC62619.

Intelligent Battery Management & Cloud-Based Operation and Maintenance

Comes with an intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) that supports cell-level state monitoring, equalization control, and fault diagnosis. Data is connected to Hexon Energy’s cloud platform, enabling remote real-time monitoring, energy efficiency analysis, and predictive maintenance, significantly improving O&M efficiency and system reliability.
